Departures from FISA Rules of Racing and related Bye Laws

Rules applying to international regattas and FISA Championship regattas shall apply to international coastal rowing regattas and FISA Coastal Rowing Championship regattas except as provided in these Regulations, which are approved by the FISA Council as Departures from the Rules.
